2023 Monthly Printable Calendar.

It's a brand new year and that means it's time for a new free calendar you can print at home. For me, there's no better way to celebrate the magic season of new beginnings than with a fresh new calendar printable (you can find 30 more here)we can all use to help motivate us.

I made my first printable wall calendar in 2018 and 5 years later putting together these yearly calendars is still one of my favourite things to do. I'm hoping you love this one as much as the others.

It has a clean minimal design for the monthly layout and has a pretty pattern or floral design at the top of each month to allow for maximum calendar space. As there isn’t a huge pattern taking up half the page it’s printer-friendly and won’t use a lot of ink.

It looks fantastic printed on simple white cardstock and stuck to the wall with some pretty washi tape.

Even though we all have calendars on our phones now I still love to have a physical calendar where I can jot things down and hang them on the wall.

A printable calendar can be helpful in so many ways. Use them to save important dates, organise daily tasks or plan out this year's family holiday.

Printable Calendar Template.

This monthly calendar measures 8x10 inches (Us Letter paper size). It's a one-month-per-page calendar and comes in a vertical or portrait orientation grid layout.

I normally make my calendars start on a Monday but I know a lot of you prefer a Sunday start so I've made sure it's available in both a Sunday start and a Monday start.

You can make this simple calendar your own by adding stickers, stamps and washi tape. There's plenty of space to jot down day-to-day tasks and add birthdays, federal holidays, school events and holiday plans.

Each month features a different design or colour scheme. You can print them month by month or all at once.

All you have to do is click on the download button underneath each month to save the single page or sign up using your email address for all 12 months to be sent directly to your inbox.

I like to print my calendar on nice thick paper or lightweight cardstock. Another option would be to take it to local print shops. It gets clipped to a clipboard and displayed on my desk but it could just as easily be taped to the wall or fridge.

How to use your 2023 Printable Calendar.

I always love to hear about the new and imaginative ways people use their calendars. Last year I used mine to plan out blog content and to keep track of all my little boy's school activities and holidays.

I've seen people use them to help with budgeting, keeping track of books they've read, craft projects they've made, birthday trackers for cards and gifts and not forgetting meal planning and goal setting. You could use it to schedule a project, plan out your social media posts or create an editorial blog calendar.

For anything moveable like blog post ideas or day trips, I recommend writing them down on those skinny post-it note page markers and then if plans change you can always peel and reposition them as you go. It’s a great way of keeping your calendar relatively mess-free.

I’ve already got mine printed out and the first month up on the wall and can't wait to get started with the rest of the year.

Tips and Tricks.

I know ink can get expensive when you do a lot of printing so I like to use a HP Instant Ink Printer.

I pay a small amount every month that lets me print to my heart’s content. When my ink is running low I get replacement printer cartridges mailed straight to my house and can return my old ones for recycling.

I recommend using good quality paper for printing your planner pages. The ink looks crisp and clear giving your pages that shop-bought look.
