I've got another fantastic free printable for you today. This one is a mini gratitude planner you can print yourself at home. Use it to take some time each day to set goals, reflect on yesterday's accomplishments and list what you're thankful for.

Have you ever tried gratitude journaling before? It's a great way to help you think about and feel grateful for what you have in your life.

I know getting started with a gratitude journal can be hard. In fact, I've tried and failed myself a couple of times in the past. The last one I used was a bullet journal style but all the blank pages put me off.

After some trial and error, I've come up with a workbook that works for me and wanted to share it here as well. It's a minimal layout that I hope helps make it easy to start your own daily gratitude practice.

It includes 5 pages (US Letter size but can be printed on A4 as well). A minimal cover page. A daily gratitude page where you can list the 3 three things you're grateful for. There's space for you to jot down the best part of your day and why you're looking forward to tomorrow. Pop in the date and circle the day of the week up in the top right corner.

A numbered and non-numbered lined 'Today I'm Grateful For' page. Perfect for creating a gratitude list or filling it with gratitude prompts.

And finally, a grateful jar page that you can fill with all the things you're thankful for. I love this one if you want to get the kids involved with a daily gratitude practice. They can fill it with drawings, a collage from cut-up old magazines or even photos.

I've made a minimal black-and-white version for anyone who wants to save on printed ink or maybe decorate it themselves. And a pretty pink and mustard version for all the colour lovers out there.

The great thing about these using these printables is that it makes starting a daily gratitude habit easy. It doesn't need to take longer than a few minutes each day.

I like to print out a whole bunch of the daily prompt pages and put them in a binder. Then I print out a few of the list pages and the mason jar pages and use these to keep a running total of what I'm grateful for in each week or month depending on how fast I fill them.

Tips and Tricks.

I know ink can get expensive when you do a lot of printing so I like to use a HP Instant Ink Printer.

I pay a small amount every month that lets me print to my heart’s content. When my ink is running low I get replacement printer cartridges mailed straight to my house and can return my old ones for recycling.

Click here to use my referral and we’ll both get 3 FREE months. Pretty great, right?

I hope this gratitude journal helps you get organised and stay on track.

  • If you’re using an A5 planner change scale to 50%. Make sure to select “scale to fit”.

  • I recommend using good quality paper for printing your planner pages. The ink looks crisp and clear giving your pages that shop-bought look.

  • Style your pages by putting them on a clipboard, in a ring binder, a notebook binder or even bind your own with a book binding machine.
