Back of pumpkins showing clips.

Here's the big surprise. The pumpkins have little clips on the back. You can easily attach them to many things. Of course, I decided to clip them to a homemade grapevine wreath. This is great because you can remove them easily and use them in another project next year and you can re-use the wreath too.

The pumpkins are easily clipped to the grapevines. The leaves are simply tucked in between the vines and pumpkins. You could hot glue them in place but then it would be hard to reuse them. However, if you want something more secure you could add some floral wire to the stems and wire them onto the wreath.

Other Embellishments

I like this as it is however you could use other dollar tree supplies to obtain a different look.

I have ours leaning on the mirror of our family room mantel. It's just enough for the fall season and will last until it's time to decorate for Christmas.

Materials

  • Grapevine wreath
  • 3 sets of mini clip dollar store pumpkins
  • 1 package of faux leather fall leaves

Instructions

  • Start in the bottom center of the wreath.
  • Clip one of each pumpkin in a triangle onto the grapevine wreath.
  • Next, take three leaves and stick them under the pumpkins and into the wreath.
  • Continue with the same process to the left and the right of the first group of pumpkins.
  • Set the wreath on the table or hang for all to see.

Notes

This should be placed indoors. If you want to hang it on your front door make sure it's in a place where your beautiful fall wreath will have shelter from the elements.
You can use mini pumpkins without clips however you will need to secure them with wire and/or a hot glue gun.
