Supplies

Napkins

Craft knife

Dried/ fresh flowers

Glitter stars

Leather strap

Step 1.

Cut a piece of leather strap and cut a slit near one of the ends.

Step 2.

Twist the leather strap a couple of times and thread the end through the slit near the opposite end, and pull.

Step 3.

Slip the napkin through the leather strap, add flowers and glitter stars.
