Easy but enchanting DIY Christmas Countdown Candle Decoration.
One more bite of sweet November, that means one more day to drink tea or hot chocolate and slowly start the preparations for Christmas! Sounds quite promising, right?
To celebrate the season I’ve teamed up with Plantorama, the place that has your back, no matter what shade of green your thumb is.
Don’t forget to check out your local Plantorama, I tell you Santa and Mrs Claus have made this year’s Winter Wonderland even bigger and extra special this year!
I love everything about candles and the countdown candle is such a nice way to sweeten the time until Christmas.
Starting December 1st and light the candle each night and let the candle burn down past that date and then blow it out till the next day. So simple but so soothing.
I simply can’t imagine a holiday without them. My fave one is, of course, the handmade ones, therefore, I’m going to share my DIY Christmas Countdown Candle Decoration with you today.
Super simple, yet very delicate and modern.
Let’s get started.

So ready to enjoy a true Scandinavian Christmas decoration that’ll create a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere in your holiday home?
As you can see it’s so very easy to add a fresh twist to a classic holiday and go Scandinavian with fresh cut flowers, glitter, white and warm colours.
I’ve set the HYGGE scenery right here beside our daybed and on the dark oak tray tables from Åry Home.

Once the fresh-cut flowers have foraged, you can replace with dried flowers, like Hydrangeas and get a whole new look, quite brilliant, huh?
Now tell me, have you ever made a DIY count-down candle decoration? Maybe it’s one of your holiday traditions, let me know if you’ve already created your very own Christmas decoration?

This is so lovely! I adore the greens and flowers grouped together, the layers are magical. And against that amazing white candle… so pretty Mette

That’s a very lovely idea. But I think my candle is a little too short to reach until Christmas…
